Dean Barakat joined Cole Sadkins, LLC. as senior counsel in 2022, bringing 24 years of advising clients as well as litigation experience in both the state and federal courts. Dean has focused his practice on providing outside counsel to companies as well as litigating matters on behalf of clients when necessary. Dean believes in partnering with his clients to help achieve their goals and assist them so that their businesses thrive. He has expertise in employment law, contracts, corporate transactional issues as well as complex litigation. Dean is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Law.
