Mason Cole is a corporate litigation attorney with significant experience in providing outside counsel to companies in the manufacturing, technology, and healthcare arenas. Legal services provided by the firm include employment, intellectual property, corporate transactional assistance, and litigation at both the state and federal court level. Mr. Cole understands that as outside counsel, both small and large companies are seeking an effective litigator who is comfortable in the courtroom. However, a strong litigator is proactive, assisting clients to accurately determine the time, effort, and cost necessary to keep cases out of the courtroom as well. Prior to forming Cole Sadkin, LLC, Mr. Cole worked for the Federal Communications Commission and worked in various lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cole previously served on the Board of Directors for the Small Business Advocacy Council in Chicago, along with serving as outside counsel for the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce.
