Omar Zoubeidi served as a Law Clerk at Cole Sadkin, where he supported the firm’s attorneys across a wide range of commercial litigation matters. During his time at the firm, Omar assisted in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements; conducted case law research; and helped prepare attorneys for hearings, depositions, and trial. His experience at Cole Sadkin gave him a strong foundation in dispute resolution and client advocacy across business, employment, and partnership disputes.

Omar continues to maintain a close professional relationship with the firm and credits his time at Cole Sadkin for shaping his practical approach to client service and legal problem-solving.

He is currently pursuing his J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and remains active in Chicago’s legal and entrepreneurial communities. Omar’s background blends litigation, corporate, and startup law experience, positioning him at the intersection of business and law.
